Super People Early Access has finally been released, giving players a chance to play the game during the early stages of its development. However, since the game is not fully completed yet, it is not surprising that you will encounter some bugs along the way.
Some people have reported experiencing random crashes, black screens, and even error messages every time they launch the game. Fortunately, there are some solutions to these problems. Let’s find out how.
How to fix the error message, black screen, and crash issue in premium people
As a game in its early stage of development, Super People is understood to have some performance issues. Unfortunately, this greatly affected the experience of some players who just wanted to try out the game.
If you are one of those gamers with poor performance issues, you may want to try these fixes:
Update your graphics driver
Perhaps the most common cause of poor performance issues with Super People and any other game is an outdated graphics driver. For this, you want to download the latest driver for your GPU from the manufacturer’s website.
Simply search for the driver for your graphics card model. If you don’t know your GPU model, press Windows key + R at the same time. In the empty field, type “dxdiag” without the quotes. Press Enter, and click on the View tab to bring up your card details.
Next, head over to download the appropriate driver and install it afterwards. This should solve most of the performance related issues with Super People.
Download and install Visual C++ on your system
In some cases, an outdated version of C++ in your system can lead to poor performance issues not only in games but in your PC as a whole. Fortunately, you can fix this simply by downloading the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package.
For this, you want to visit this link:

Next, download the appropriate package as per your system. If you have a 32-bit system, download the X86 file, and if you have a 64-bit system, download the X64 file. After downloading the file, just follow the installation instructions.
Once this is done, restart your computer and try to run the game to see if the problem is no longer there.
Check game files

To do this, go to the Steam library and search for Super People. Right-click on it, and then click Properties. Under Local Files, click on the Verify integrity of game files option. This process will try to find any corrupt files that may be in the game folder.
If there are corrupt or missing files, it will try to download fresh copies. After the process is over, try to launch your game to check if the problem is still there.
Install the latest version of DirectX
Another useful fix is to install the latest version of DirectX on your computer. Just head over to the official Microsoft website and search for the latest version of DirectX available. For Super People, you will need DirectX 12 and above to run the game.
