If you or any of your siblings were born in the ’80s and ’90s and enjoyed hack ‘n’ slash video games, I bet you can’t forget ‘Diablo’ or ‘The Binding Of Issac’. As one among many players, I can say that these two games have grown a lot of memories in the minds of their fans. However, kids of the 80s and 90s are all adults now and there is very little time for them to fully enjoy a video game even on the weekends. What if there was a title that players could bring with them everywhere?
Hero Siege: Pocket Edition Developed by Panic Art Studios. The game was originally released on PC and was a huge hit on Steam. Due to its immense popularity and huge demand from Hero Siege fans, the developer has offered players a pocket version. Deep in Tarithiel, a group of monks has awakened an evil demon, as legends say the devil will rise from hell to destroy and rule the world. Earth needs heroes now! Players will become heroes on their way to saving humanity from extinction. They will have to battle a lot of pixelated creatures in a variety of locations and collect powerful loot.
A long journey awaits you to explore. With a variety of levels, countless enemies and many achievements to unlock, there is no way Hero Siege: Pocket Edition can let you down.

From melee class to diverse classes, from scientists to magicians, Hero Siege: Pocket Edition has everything you need. To see which class best suits players, they are encouraged to try as many classes as they want.
If you play as one of the melee characters, you will have a higher chance of taking damage but with high damage per second. On the other hand, the selected classes are weaker than melee but will give you more protection.
Players can’t miss collecting pictures, hats and minions to make their characters stand out from the crowd. There are more than 150 different hats that they can choose from, such as Robin Hood, Unicorn Horn, Halloween Pumpkin, etc. Minions can help you fight with monsters, and you can collect them and name them whatever you like. There are two types of minions: melee minions and long-range minions.

There are, in total, seven laws with two additional acts, each law has six levels, the last always containing the chief. The works can be listed below:
- first law: Tarethiel . forests
- Law 2: icy tundra
- Law 3: Sahara Musa Aratem

Two additional works are Sheeponia and Fallen Inoya.
Each action will have different types of enemies, the higher the actions and levels, the more powerful the monsters and bosses. Don’t worry if it seems difficult for you, there is a tutorial and instructions to help you get used to the gameplay.
By defeating the boss of Chapter 6, players can unlock Nightmare, Hell, and Hell mode.
More than 170 artifacts made
By defeating bosses, opening chests, or during battle, players can earn a special effect. Each Relic will grant you additional effects or abilities. Players can only have one active relic while 30 passive artifacts at a time. Unfortunately, if she dies, all traces will be removed. The types of effects are listed below:
- Orbit: These effects will wrap around the character and target any enemy that gets too close or creates a defensive effect.
- Next: These will follow the player and attack the enemies.
- Active: These are placed under the health/mana bar, different active relics have different abilities and skills than villains.
- Hit or Passive: You’ll fire these artifacts with your attacks, each with their own formula for cooldown, action, and damage.
- Statistic or passive modifiers: These modifiers will increase one or more stats for as long as you are alive.
Multiplayer game mode
It is very unique that in multiplayer you cannot use your existing character and you have to create a new one. Players can create eighteen slots in multiplayer mode as well as in single mode. There are up to four players in each game.
There are currently seven items in Hero Siege: Pocket Edition. Each comes with its own effect, however, physical and magical are the default effects.
- Wind: bodily and provides speed of movement.
- Cold: Physical and freezing enemies to move and attack slower.
- Fire: physical and magic, apply to burn on enemies.
- Poison: Magic and applies stacks to enemies.
- Lightning: Magic creates a bolt of lightning that bounces between enemies when players attack.
Trading and currencies
If the player has an item you are looking for, Hero Siege: Pocket Edition has a supported trading system. Each player must accept twice after placing their items. Remember to keep an eye on the trading process because someone might try to cheat you.
There are two main currencies in the game, sapphire and jade ore. Rubies can be dropped from villains, bosses, or chests, while jade ore can be used for trade.
Honestly, this is the best feature because if some of you are too lazy to fight a battle or open chests, you can buy whatever you want without any worries.
Quality sound and graphic visuals
The visuals are sharp with great pixelated characters and backgrounds. I’m not a big fan of spiders, however, in Hero Siege: Pocket Edition, they don’t scare me at all. The frame rate is smooth, and the control is easy to use.
In my opinion, the game’s soundtrack is not too special for discussion. Players can hear the beating of their weapons along with the noise that monsters make if they are under attack.
There is no doubt that Hero Siege: Pocket Edition is an addictive game with challenging levels and different elements. The story may not attract the players, however, the gameplay will definitely. Hero Siege: Pocket Edition is a game worth playing, and it will bring you the experience you never had before.
